The mining site of non coal mines is filled with ore dust, humid air, and mechanical vibration. Ordinary electrical cabinets often experience problems such as poor contact, component corrosion, and cabinet rusting in a short period of time.
High protection structure: The cabinet adopts a protection level design of ¡Ý IP54, combined with sealed door panels and waterproof joints, effectively preventing dust from entering internal components. Even when installed in dusty areas such as the crushing station and belt conveyor head, the internal electrical components remain clean as before.
Seismic and anti-corrosion: The internal components have been reinforced and installed, using mature industrial grade products to adapt to the continuous vibration brought by the mine lifting system. The surface of the cabinet is treated with electrostatic spraying for corrosion resistance, making it resistant to moisture and salt spray. It will not corrode after long-term operation in underground or open-pit mines.
