Product Overview:
The TGTBBX-10/1800 high-voltage reactive power automatic/local compensation device is suitable for automatic reactive power tracking compensation of 35kV, 10kV (6kV busbar) in 220kV, 110kV, and 35kV substations. It is mainly used in 3-35k three-phase AC power systems with large load fluctuations, and centralized compensation still does not meet the system requirements, often causing overcompensation or undercompensation. This device can detect the reactive power required by the system in real time, compare it with the set value, and perform automatic intelligent switching operation to achieve dynamic balance of reactive power in the system, improve the power factor of the system, stabilize the system voltage, reduce losses, and save electricity costs.
Model and meaning:

Ordering Notice (to be specified when placing an order):
1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single line system diagram, arrangement diagram, and distribution room layout plan, etc.
2. Schematic diagram and terminal arrangement diagram of auxiliary circuit wiring.
3. The model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components inside the switchgear.
4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of switchgear, as well as requirements for other locking and automatic devices.
5. If a busbar bridge connection is required between switchgear or incoming cabinets, specific requirements such as the rated current carrying capacity of the busbar bridge, the span of the busbar bridge, and the height above ground should be provided.
When attachments and spare parts are needed, the type and quantity should be specified.
7. Switchgear used in special environmental conditions should be specified in detail when ordering.
Structural features:
Configure ZKG or ZGKN type controllers to automatically track the switching of capacitors and control the on load voltage regulation of the main transformer, in order to control the power factor and system voltage within the set range.
Capable of automatically identifying various operating modes suitable for dual main transformer substations.
Through remote automatic selection switch, various working modes of voltage regulation and compensation can be flexibly selected.
It can automatically identify and display the voltage regulating switch gear information through BCD code or one-to-one correspondence. It has control and protection functions such as synchronous adjustment of two main transformers, anti-skid gear, and light gas alarm locking.
Real time display of voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, capacitor switching status, and alarm protection information on the low-voltage side of the main transformer.
Equipped with harmonic measurement display function, it can measure and display the high-order harmonic content of low-voltage side current in real time.
It has alarm protection functions such as high voltage, low voltage, PT disconnection, mechanism failure, and main transformer overcurrent.
Equipped with RS-485 or RS-232 high-speed data communication interfaces, it can be used in conjunction with the substation integrated automation system to achieve the "four remote" function
Adopting a modular capacitor specific high-voltage vacuum switch, five units can be installed in one ordinary switch cabinet shell. Flexible grouping can be performed based on the total compensation capacity, with up to 6 groups of varying capacities. Each group has a maximum capacity of 2000Kvar/5000Kvar and is automatically switched according to reactive power combinations.
Configure ZSBH capacitor bank microcomputer protection device, which can achieve two-stage overcurrent and zero sequence voltage protection functions. When a fault occurs in a certain group, it can be automatically cut off and locked, without affecting the normal switching of other capacitor groups.
Configure reactors with different ratios to limit closing inrush current and suppress high-order harmonics.
