Product Overview: The general high-voltage soft starter cabinet for (hereinafter referred to as the soft starter cabinet) is a high-voltage motor soft starter device designed with the latest concept, mainly suitable for controlling and protecting the starting and stopping of squirrel cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. This device is composed of multiple thyristors connected in series and parallel, which can meet different current and voltage requirements.

Product application: The product is widely used in industries such as power, building materials, chemical, metallurgical steel, papermaking, etc. with a rated voltage of 10000V. Presidential Structure:
The high-voltage soft starter cabinet is installed in the withdrawable KYN28A-12 mid mounted high-voltage cabinet, and the thyristor valve body is installed by a small car. The structural design is reasonable and easy for users to inspect, test, and maintain. The shell and partition are made of aluminum zinc coated steel plates processed and bent by CNC machine tools and bolted together. Therefore, the assembled cabinet can ensure the uniformity of structural dimensions. Aluminum zinc coated steel plate has strong corrosion and oxidation resistance, and has higher mechanical strength than equivalent steel plates.
Transportation and storage:
Capacitors must be packed in packaging boxes before transportation.
During transportation, capacitors should be in an upright position, with the casing facing upwards. It is strictly prohibited to lift the casing for transportation.
Capacitors should be stored upright, with no direct heat source or corrosive gases in the storage area.
