Product Overview:
HXGN15-12 (F) and HXGN15-12 (F ¡¤ R) box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") are used in ring network power supply or radiation power supply systems with rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 630A and below, especially suitable for installation in prefabricated substations as control and protection of power systems. This product features an FLN36-12D sulfur hexafluoride load switch or FLRN36-1D load switch fuse combination with an insulated housing. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, easy operation, light operating force, reliable interlocking, and maintenance free. It is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear required for urban power grid renovation and construction.
This product complies with the following standards: GB3906 "3-35kV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", IEC298 (AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltage above 1KV and below 50kV ", DL/T404" Technical Conditions for Refusal of Ordering AC High Voltage Switches in Household

Note: When the above normal usage conditions are exceeded, users can negotiate with our company.
Structure:
The switchgear consists of cabinets, main switches (SF6 load switches or combination electrical appliances), grounding switches, instrument rooms, busbars, and other electrical components and auxiliary components.
The cabinet is assembled from aluminum zinc coated steel plates through modular forming. There is a pressure relief channel behind the cabinet to protect operators in case of internal faults.
The busbar in the busbar room is covered with insulation and directly connected to the wiring terminals of the load switch. The three-phase busbars are arranged longitudinally, allowing the switchgear to be expanded left and right, making it easy to change its layout.
The instrument room is located above the switchgear and can be equipped with ammeters, voltmeters, indicator lights, and electric operating mechanisms.
